Beats me. They're privately held though so probably don't have to release a lot of detail on their finances. Basic logic makes it pretty clear they've got to be cash and resource squeezed.

I'd probably pay for the 5-10 working on Eve. By which standard the Eve subscription is probably too high. The rest working on Dust and WoD can get paid out of CCP taking on some debt ahead of future revenue on those products.
